Akademi Teknologi Hijau Melaka
Akademi Teknologi Hijau adalah anak syarikat sepenuhnya oleh Yayasan Melaka yang telah ditubuhkan pada 29hb Mac 1996 (Dahulu dikenali sebagai Melaka Dairies Sdn Bhd). Akademi Teknologi Hijau merupakan satu syarikat yang menumpukan usaha menyelidik, membentuk, membangun dan mempromosi pembudayaan teknologi hijau serta pembangunan kemahiran bidang-bidang lain yang perlu secara lestari yang dapat menyokong merealisasikan Melaka sebagai Negeri Bandar Teknologi Hjau 2020.
MELAKA, Nov 22 (Bernama) — Melaka has been selected as the precursor to the green technology city to create a high quality and clean healthy environment, said Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Peter Chin Fah Kui.
Chin said Melaka would become one of the green city through a pioneer project besides Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.
“Melaka has the characteristics of Low Carbon City Framework and Assessment System (LCCF) which is a system that supports all the policies and initiatives in Sustainable Municipal Framework, including the Green Neighborhood Guidelines and the emphasis on upgrading the quality of life,” he said.
He was speaking to reporters after launching the Blue Print Melaka Maju Negeriku Sayang, the Green Technology town state, inaugurated by Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam at the Melaka International Trade Centre (MITC), Ayer Keroh, here, Tuesday.
Mohd Ali said the framework plan was develoMelaka ped through three advantages to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) aimed to strengthen socio-economic development, sustainable state and status of municipalities throughout the state.
